Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

Our gutter cleaning packages can be tailor made to suit individual client requirements. We can maintain your gutter as often as needed, whether it be annually or quarterly. We operate our gutter cleaning service throughout Oxfordshire including Oxford, High Wycombe, Watford, Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester and Hemel Hempstead.

Our fully trained and uniformed personnel are equipped with a 14-metre mobile elevated work platform, small enough to gain entry around most properties and have the facility to carry out work to an exceptionally high standard both economically and safely. The platform allows us to reach guttering safely as well as being able to clean thoroughly and complete a full report on the guttering.

All cleaning and maintenance work will be undertaken by fully Health & Safety trained operatives who are directly employed and uniformed. Prior to any work commencing, site-specific risk assessment and method statements can/will be completed upon request.

Why have my Gutter Cleaned?

Having your gutter cleaned and checked every so often will prevent any blockages and potential problems like cracks occurring in your guttering. Dependent on where the building is and how often debris builds up, will determine how often you should need your gutter cleaning and checked. For example if there are a lot of trees around, the leaves will cause some blockage in the guttering and will therefore need to be cleaned more often than usual.

Gutter Maintenance Contracts

If you require annual or quarterly gutter cleaning then Gutter maintenance will visit your premises and clean your guttering, as well as providing a full report on the condition of guttering itself. This helps keep an eye on potential cracks or breaks, and therefore potential problems can be caught early.

What we will check for

During your maintenance clean and check, Gutter Maintenance will complete a full report on the condition of your guttering. We will check for the following:

• Any pressure on the guttering
• Any leaks in the guttering and downpipe
• Any cracks or movement
• Seals
• Any sagging causing water to stay in the gutter and not continue course.
